The class will place an emphasis on matching breath with movement creating muscle memory for you to move more efficiently in your training and day-to-day activities. Specific anatomical alignment cues will guide you into a safe practice, all while looking to increase your mobility, stability, and strength. You will move through a variety of standing, seated, and reclined postures, leaving with your body feeling balanced and restored.
