A muay thai program geared towards parents and tots working out together in a fun and safe environment. It is a full body workout consisting of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, skipping, stretching and plyometrics. Our fundamentals program is designed for beginners focusing on the basic techniques, which is the foundation for developing a solid understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling and Self-Defense.
Our Advanced program is designed for those who want to develop their BJJ further. Classes will focus on more detailed techniques aimed towards improving and sharpening your overall understanding of Jiu-Jitsu.
No-Gi focuses on submission grappling along with wrestling techniques without the traditional Gi uniform.
A fun filled yet challenging set of programs focused on health, fitness and the self defense aspect of both martial arts! Our Kids programs are structured so they receive a fun but challenging warm up.. including physical fitness drills such as skipping, jump jacks, abdominal drills, partner drills and when weather permits outside jogging. The second portion is based on the learning of boxing with a solid base of technical drills and understanding of the concept of self defense. We encourage all parents to join in on the fun as well to make it a family bonding experience as well.
Traditional Hatha yoga classes focus on building strength and flexibility through the practice of Asanas to increase mental focus and concentration through various breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Our BJJ Kids program is designed to teach children self-discipline as well as providing a unique way to express themselves, learn self-defense, stay healthy and have fun.
