Muay Thai at WOLF Academy is a full body workout consisting of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, skipping, stretching. The trainer/instructor also ensures that a solid technical understanding for Muay Thai will be taught. Our classes are structured with 10 to 15 minutes skipping, 30 minutes to 30 minutes conditioning/strength and 30 minutes of Technique.

We will introduce Knees, punches, elbows and kicks all in a safe and fun environment.
