MUAY THAI
A full body workout consisting of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, skipping, stretching and plyometrics. The trainer/instructor also ensures that a solid technical understanding for Muay Thai will be taught.
BJJ FUNDAMENTALS
Our fundamentals program is designed for beginners focusing on the basic techniques, which is the foundation for developing a solid understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling and Self-Defense.
BJJ ADVANCED
Our Advanced program is designed for those who want to develop their BJJ further. Classes will focus on more detailed techniques aimed towards improving and sharpening your overall understanding of Jiu-Jitsu.
BJJ NO-GI
No-Gi focuses on submission grappling along with wrestling techniques without the traditional Gi uniform.
YOGA
Traditional Hatha yoga classes focus on building strength and flexibility through the practice of Asanas to increase mental focus and concentration through various breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
