Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
A high intensity workout that teaches the fundamentals of boxing technique which includes skipping, bag and mitt work and much more!
Classes are conducted in a group setting or one on one.
A full body workout consisting of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, skipping, stretching and plyometrics. The trainer/instructor also ensures that a solid technical understanding for muay thai will be taught.
We will introduce Knees, punches, elbows and kicks all in a safe and fun environment.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend himself against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique
It contains stand-up maneuvers, but it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques. Gaining superior positioning—so one can apply the style’s numerous chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations on an opponent—is the key in BJJ.
Ladies Fit Camp
Target all areas of your body!! You will punch, kick, work knees and elbows as part of this cardio based program thats safe and fun.
Come and try this popular class and enjoy letting off some steam……..on the heavy bags!
We want to teach kids how to move their bodies and stay active with enjoyment. This is not a boring P.E class or Boot Camp style Training!
